Following a decade long career in Defence Aviation from technical maintenance, maintenance planning, supervising and training delivery, Jay turned his attention to the development and implementation of training programs to maintenance teams within the resources sector. Focused on the business goals, maintenance strategies and future site growth, the programs were developed to deliver highly competent and compliant workforce in the most efficient time frame. Jay then moved into the private vocational education sector, managing and growing specialised Registered Training Organisations ensuring compliance to both regulators and clients alike.  Focusing on delivering technical training both within Australia and to overseas customers, his experience comes from the successful delivery of complex workplace development programs to multinational resource companies.

A career in the military followed by private sector security operations developing integrated solutions across asset protection led Sean to overseeing and developing mentoring programs for industry. Moving to small business owner, he started his own electrical business in the domestic and commercial sector, managing growth and the customer experience. Following a shift to the education sector managing and growing Secondary Education and University programs for technical graduates, he focused on making a difference in a Registered Training Organisation as a Six Sigma/Lean consultant. Utilising this experiencer Sean has been managing the operations of an RTO for several years focused on technical capabilities within the resource sector, his experience brings with hm the knowledge of delivering leading edge services and lasting partnerships.

With 34 years’ experience working in the electrical field, predominantly in the resources sector, Craig brings a diverse array of experience to the team.

Craig spent around several years working in underground mining responsible for the High Voltage underground ring-main systems, and all maintenance/breakdown diagnostics of underground Jumbos, dewatering, winder maintenance, and installing substations. Surface mining including pit dewatering, plant maintenance and Electric Haul Truck maintenance (both AC and DC drives). Moving into Transmission and Distribution systems on one of the largest privately-owned networks in the southern hemisphere, Craig developed experience in maintaining reliable power to mining sites, and towns on the 220kV transmission and 33kV, 11kV distribution networks.

Craig led a team of Electrical/Instrumentation trades people and managed the gas trains and wellheads for BP as their Electrical/Instrumentation Supervisor in Papua New Guinea’s Southern Highlands in the late 1990’s.

Since 2010 Craig has been developing and delivering certified training in the Electrical and High Voltage fields, including required legislation for a variety of organisations across Australia.

Having had over 30 years of experience in the electrical field Peter has been involved in most facets of the electrical industry. His initial career was as a Signal and communications technician then running his own electrical contracting business. Following this, he moved into the resources industry with experience working in gold, manganese, mineral sands, and iron ore mining throughout Australia.

For the last several years he has continued in the field by training electrical personnel. Work activities have included railway signaling, telecommunications, instrumentation, power station maintenance & operation, high voltage switching and distribution, gold, manganese, mineral sands, coal and iron ore mining & processing, timber manufacturing, meat processing, wine industry, construction, house, and industrial installations. Taking on positions of maintenance electrician, contractor, power station control, electrical supervisor, electrical planner, and electrical trainer.
